Isobel Moloney is the Director and Head Talent Manager of Take2 Talent Management, appointed in 2023. Isobel is passionate about nurturing young talent and making sure they get the best opportunities in the industry while also having the freedom and space to discover themselves. With a history in entrepreneurship having experiences in a plethora of industries and many years of acting and film experience both in Ireland and the USA she is reimaging Take2 and all its clients capabilities. After having worked closely with Pamela and Shauna, Isobel is ushering in a new era for Take2.
Take2 Talent Management was founded by Pamela Hughes in 1990 as part of Take2 Performing Arts School. Take2 Performing Arts School is South Dublin’s longest-running Stage school and is still nurturing young talent today. Pamela has been involved in performing arts all her life, she attended Drama classes from the tender age of 3 and thus the story began! Pamela oversees the running of Take2 Performing Arts School, adjudicates at various Drama & Musical Theatre Festivals throughout Ireland, is a senior examiner for the Irish Board of Speech & Drama and works on a consultancy basis as a communication coach. She is also the Chairperson of the PAEI (Performing Arts Educators of Ireland).
In 2020 Pamela’s daughter Shauna Griffith took over the agency and continued to build a strong and respected network in the industry both in Ireland and abroad. Shauna then took the leap into casting and is now working full time as a casting director for SGCasting.
Isobel Moloney took over the agency in 2023 and is continuing to nurture the incredible talent at Take2.
